For over a decade, Lia has inspired millions of readers with her down-to-earth nutrition advice and irresistible recipes in magazines like Cooking Light, Prevention and Health. In 2009, Lia founded Nourish Network to take the message further.

Nourish Network’s website, e-learning courses, online coaching program and workplace wellness initiatives teach people to enjoy food that nourishes their bodies, their families and the earth.

In any format—whether in print, online, on TV or in-person—Lia inspires people to make choices that lead to a healthy body, a comfortable weight and an eco-clean conscience … for good.

Lia is mama to 4-1/2 year old Noemi (“Noe” when she feels like it) and wife to Christopher, and lives happily in California’s wine country. She is on the board of Slow Food Sonoma County and is the Vice Chair of the Food Writers, Editors and Publishers section of the International Association of Culinary Professionals.
